During the next 75 days you will either follow my exact plan or define your own working daily on your mind, body and spirit.
On each of the days on the 75 day challenge I will have A plan posted with the exact foods I will be eating, exercises I will be doing, products I will be using, recipes and mental and spiritual activities.
