DIRECTIONS

Place the chicken in a pot on med high
-
while the chicken is cooking put all ingredients in the pot except the coconut milk
-
once all the ingredients are in the pot turn the chicken mixing the ingredients gently
-
let it cook for 10 min Uncovered
-
rotate chicken every 10 min till fully cooked
-
Cook down Juice until thick and full of flavor. should be about 1 1/2 cups of gravy
-
mix gently turn off fire and add coconut milk if desired ;)

Serve with Hot rice and a lime flavored salad

You can Garnish with fresh jalapeno for spice or cilantro if you want that complimentary green without the heat. I serve this dish with hot rice and a tomato onion salad. I also make dahl which you can find on the blog soon ;)

1 lime squeezed

1 medium Onion

1/2 teaspoon Cinnamom

1 1/2 tablepoon coriander

1/2 can Coconut milk (optional) this makes the dish have a more creamy exotic taste which I love <3
