Moms Beef Curry

DIRECTIONS

​

  1. Dump everything in the pot on medium heat

  2. bring to a boil for about 10 minutes

  3. simmer and cook for an hour or until meat is tender and juice is gone

  4. add 1/2 can coconut milk

Eat on hot rice and/ or coupled with Dahl and or yellow potatoes.

  • 11/2 lb Stew meat

  • 1 medium Onion

  • 2 tablespoons vegitable oil

  • 3 cloves of garlic minced

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 teaspoons coriander powder

  • 2 teaspoons cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon paprika

  • 1/2 can coconut milk
